Looking to buy better meat in bulk? Lobster Hill Farm offers whole and half shares of our farm-raised beef and pork, giving you the opportunity to fill your freezer with high-quality meat raised with care, while choosing exactly how you want your share cut and packaged.
BEEF SHARES
We offer whole and half beef shares, with pricing based on the animal's hanging weight.
Our beef is available in a range of finishes:
- Lean: typically 600–700 lb hanging weight
- Marbled: typically 700–800 lb hanging weight
- Well-finished & heavily marbled: typically 800+ lb hanging weight
Your share price includes all butchering and packaging fees, so there are no separate processing charges added to your final bill.
Whole and half shares come with complete control over your cut sheet. Choose how you want your steaks, roasts, ground beef, ribs, brisket, stew meat and other cuts prepared based on how your family cooks.
PORK SHARES
Whole and half pork shares are also available, with pricing based on the hanging weight of your hog.
Choose your preferred cuts and quantities through a custom cut sheet, including options such as:
- Chops
- Roasts
- Bacon
- Ham
- Ribs
- Sausage
- Ground pork
- And more
All butchering and packaging fees are included in our share pricing.
Pricing Changes With the Market
Because livestock and processing costs fluctuate, our current per-pound pricing is not permanently fixed.

Reserve Your Share
A deposit is required to reserve your animal and processing date:
- Whole or Half Beef — $1,000 deposit
- Whole or Half Pork — $500 deposit
Your deposit secures your spot and is applied toward the final purchase price.
Want Beef Without Buying a Whole or Half?
We also offer ¼ Beef Shares for customers who want a smaller commitment.
Our quarter beef is offered at a set price with a predetermined selection of cuts, so you get a well-rounded assortment of steaks, roasts, ground beef and other cuts without having to purchase or customize an entire side.
